If repair costs are required, we will first call you to explain the status of the product, and repair it after confirmation. 
Please send the goods to be repaired to

and the PURUS repair team will receive this email. 
After the product is returned to the company, it takes 5-10 working days to arrange inspection and maintenance, and the customer will be notified after the inspection is completed.
